An annually surveyed vessel operated under mini ISM. The challenge of this vessel was boat handling it had no bow thruster.
Myself and crew were held to a very high standard due to the fact that the owners 50 meter yacht consistently won "Charter Yacht of the Season" while chartering in the Mediterranean.

Oct '09 - Oct '11 I chose to step away from the yachting industry to act as primary caretaker for my elderly godfather, an only child who never married, I chose to move into his home to assist him after a major health event.
Sept '08 – Oct '09 M/Y Golden Boy II 119ft Sovereign 236 GRT Captain Monitored the removal, rebuild and reinstallation of both MTU main engines, prepared the vessel for shipping as deck cargo from Fort Lauderdale to Victoria Canada and chartered the yacht when live aboard owners took a break from their full time use of the yacht.

Hired to Captain this vessel as it emerged from a complete rebuild, the builder was unable to complete the project due to financial problems, the owner attempted to complete the project only to succumb to his own financial collapse.
May ‘05 – Oct ‘06 M/Y MaryAnn 106ft Westship 182 GRT Captain/Engineer Vessel traveled a Caribbean/New England route. Chartering in Bahamas and Caribbean.

Delivered this nearly forgotten classic (1955) from Virginia shore of The Chesapeake Bay to Ft. Myers Florida (via Lake Okeechobee) in the dead of winter.

Nov ‘97-Dec ‘02 M/Y Hoosier Lady 94ft Broward 129 GRT Captain/Engineer I was responsible for all aspects of this exquisitely maintained yacht. Including all purchasing, maintenance and trip planning. I acted as project manager overseeing an extensive refit of the vessel that included a computerized, glass helm, review and replacement of the air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. Hoosier lady traveled continuously throughout the Western North Atlantic and the Eastern Caribbean (Cape Breton Island, Canada to St. Lucia), entertaining guests and managing preventative maintenance without any disruption in service

Jan ‘93 – Nov ‘96 The Dancer Fleet Charter Dive Vessel Fleet Captain, Engineer, and Scuba Diving Instructor The position of Captain/Engineer required that I manage a crew that ranged in size from five to twelve. I affected all repairs or arranged for any repairs that were beyond my capabilities. I established the daily itinerary based on all of the guests SCUBA Diving five times a day and a weekly schedule that included exploring the outer reaches of the vessels range. I established and maintained a budget that included nearly all the expenditures associated with the local operation. I controlled all provisioning, which was done with local vendors and produce. I was responsible for the marketing and management of an onboard boutique and Scuba Instruction. These sixteen to twenty two passenger vessels chartered on a seven and ten day charter schedule 46 weeks a year. Dining, service and amenities were offered at a four star level and during my time with these vessels they received many accolades from the diving industry and its clientele.

Delivered vessel to Philippines and managed a major refit.
